First off all I think deeland offer is a fake offer to create some unrest and confusion within the AVZ share holder.
I am from Germany and have no access to the deeland link from German IP adress. I have to change via VPN to
get access which is very fishy for me.
On the other side what can be the reason to get a 1,5% parcel of AVZ? Nigel will not give away anything before he got the ML. So if someone think he can push the required percentage of 51% below this level he can forget about it.

Only rational for me is that somebody know that the ML will coming an that share price will be far north of 0,96 Euro.
So load the boat upfront and make a nice profit when trading halt is lifted.
