AVZ thanked for the info provided and understand, that the offer purports to be for just 1.4% of the issued capital of AVZ.
I guess they are experienced enough to see the above discussed possibilities of another company getting a board seat.
Otherwise not much info was given, except that they urge shareholders to inform themselves carefully on the legitimacy of such offers.
And of course they refered to any future official ASX Company Announcements for further info.
