I can't believe the level of morbid debate of an announcement that has yet to be made, and a lot of the negativity from people that don't even hold stock, why they would care - God knows.
I must have read a different announcement: they have indicated that there is "Market Sensitive Information" coming - part of which is a "Financing Deal"
If the Pattersons info is correct (and it probably is) and the Lynas uptake date for rights is not until later this month for $30m raising, they must be fairly confident of something else.
It's that "Something Else" which people should focus on from this pending announcement.
$40m for Lynas is chicken feed - I believe something else is coming with this announcement - and my bet is a long term debt restructure, which will secure Lynas.
Good Luck to all of you who are legitimately caught up in this, I believe a resolution to this inertia is upon us.
