50M breakfee is probably no big deal if someone else sees much higher value in AVM. Whats another 50M if you are paying 1B+. Another bidder would simply indemnify AVM for the breakfee.
At $20 share ? when in full production there must others looking at this and viewing it as too cheap.
Lets hope there is more activity closer to the critical date.
having said that, the current sales, down to $7.39 dont bear this out.
