agriculture generally is a good investment - despite China issues. There are plenty of other hungry people in the world and Australia only consumes 10-15% of our own agricultural production.
But you still need some diversity in this sector - besides WOA, i also hold Elders & Rural Funds Mngmt - both pay good steady divs with capital appreciation.
WOA is a longer term hold with great potential and some risk. I got in at 20c so not worried about current price decline.
