I expect a reversal for BLR soon. Extract from RCR research Report for 2Q 2007:

BLR’s recent capital raising (A$16.8m) will be directed toward drilling and evaluation (prefeasibility/feasibility studies) at 4 projects over the next 2 years. The Taylor Ranch ore body is likely to exceed expectations and concerns about ore body consistency may be overstated in a markedly improved uranium market. Cyclone Rim and Eagle have mid term ISR production potential. Taylor Ranch may be re-rated with further exploration results and at 30mlbs U3O8 resource pending (EV/resource multiple ~US$3.50/lb) BLR’s share price has a good platform for upside.
