I don't know but I strongly doubt it. Here is an investing rule that is wise to consider........... avoid investing in companies that operate out of Africa, regardless of exact Country of operations. Key word is "investing" as opposed to 'trading'.
Africa is being swamped with what I call 'Africanisation' and that means an extreme form of nationalising all types of resources. Bad sovereign risk is getting worse and going to levels of extreme with no sign of stopping. In the future, understanding and doing business in Africa will not be black and white......... it will be black and yellow.
Caveat emptor.
