the unknown in the TER performance seems to be the SA assets.
Currently in my models I have these as $10m each qtr this can be significantly wrong (but I dont really care) the Blair asset is fairly well known / calculatable and as such the intention to pay out profits as divi is commendable - I think there is some significant share holders that would like to get 10c a qtr (+ fr cr)
Again no idea what the position may be in a year so enjoying the ride atm
