If I know I have visitors coming out I take bread, butter, olive oil, a pan and a secret ingredient.
Southern Fried Chicken coating!!!!
Chop up some cray flesh, coat in the mix and heat up a 50/50 mix of butter/oil.
I like to get the pieces crispy on the outside and have the centre a little bit translucent.
Bang a heap of that between some thickly buttered bread and harden up ya arteries!
