    Here is a brew variant from October 2018...
    this one has cloves and star anise
    Super dooper ProBiotic.
    you may just make out the floating mustard seeds.
    Had a smashing head ache,and drank a glass,,,
    Head ache gone,in 30 min...and the funny thing is also had acid reflux...
    Big night last night..to hot to sleep and all that,and rather than cause more acid,
    The lactic acid settled the gut also...
    So its like fighting fire with fire.
