deep yellows current valuation going forward

Here's My personal overview of Deep Yellow.

Deep Yellow currently has a 39Mill Lb. Jorc. Resource to (43-101 Compliant) within Tubas, Namibia.

Based on Current Market Cap of $266Mill. Current Tubas Jorc. Resource is valued at $6.82 P/Lb.

Looking at yesterdays 23cent close, lets say this represents market value ( my view is at .023 its some what undervalued ).

One would suggest that once the current Namibian exploration is finalized, and a Jorc. Resource of around 110Mill to 140Mill. Lbs, as from all past reports, is the expected target, we should see a DYL share price climb to approx. 64Cents at 110Mill Lb Resource to 82Cents, at around 140Mill Lbs. Late 2008, based upon the above $6.82 P/Lb scenario.

DYL/Dragon Energy Ltd. J/VA on 5 Projects within Qld.

Its my opinion, that DYL will be taken over by PDN, or J/V once Malawi is in Production, being the 1st Quarter of 2009.
