It may not have any substance to it at all...
If we get a decision in March, it means, yeah, we've won - but that doesn't mean there will be any progress on the mining front for at least a month or two after that. Remember we'd still have to go through the exploration phase and get a JORC defined deposit before it is actually worth anything on paper.
