I dont think that we need to worry about short, medium or long term (ie until taken over).
The VC deal is IMO less than 10% of the total deals being negotiated at the moment. ESI has 3 years funding approved and management and Board that have every thing under control.
Just wait and see what the SP does when it is announced that a second plant is to be built o/s
