you are right - the first deal is always the most difficult.
Buyers are obviously keen to finalise - unfortunately lawyers as always are in the middle and we know how they like to take everything around the track 8 times before signing off........ Management needs to get proactive and make this happen.
Gov't is interested, buyers are interested, infrastucture partners are interested but the company needs to let all stakeholders know that they are real - until now it is all talk and speculation.
