I have not been in a situation personally but I am aware of others who have been and they have assured me the deal is as good as done.
Apart from that, Kos re-assured us at the AGM that the deal was as good as done.
In fact he also re-assured us that the plant will be fully funded by other parties.
ECT also stated at the AGM that unless all the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed, they will not be making any announcement to the market re agreements.
