Henry26,
Victoria capital is the entrepreneurial brain child of the CPV. ( the Communist party of Vietnam )
They were not impressed when their last representative returned without a signed off jv contract.
They have sent none other than the Chairman of Vic cap this time round...
Why do you think that is the case ?
Don't let insidemunter be of concern...
He knows how to contact Kos, and team for all the answers that she requires
If you punch his nic into the ''Enter keyword'' quick search window, his personal agenda will become more transparent.
His last 100 artful posts have been;
78 esi...no stock...sell
22 on a stock in free fall that he posts as a buy/hold.
dear oh dear....not that many days ago you could have got 2 esi for 1 of them....now it's the opposite.....
Now as far as speculative stocks go, many are predicting that as many as 90% of them will fall of the tree in the short term due to many factors including, but not exclusive to;
Dodgey management.
No funding
poor risk assessment of business plans
Huge supply/demand reversals
Excessively paid directors and CONsultants
other more obvious forms of pirates
crook brokerage firm alignments
Big cap raising junkets with lots of free oppies .
Big dilution programs.
Opes exposing colourful identities
just to name a few....
The 10% of spec stocks that will remain will have;
Sound business modelling
Adequate working capital ( recent approvals in this most unforgiving mkt are even more impressive )
A respected, competent and strategically poised executive team.
A product that returns high value to all parties (including shareholders )in this, and any other type of market.
A CEO that can negotiate win/win deals.
Now getting back to the CPV and Vic cap.
It has been long assumed that ESI has not set up shop in India due to their 100% deal terms.
You would have to speculate that the CPV will want a very significant percentage too.
The CPV are in an enviable position whereby they are preferred trading parteners with both India AND China..
( 2 counties never seen as best of consular mates )
Read into this as you will...
cheers RD
