i dont think kos should have given definate timelines, but as Fozhard said, with technology comanies, deadlines are usually missed.. this si sympton on the stage in which they operate...but what matters is that they will get deals done - they may need to show the market first - but in general who cares if its 1st dec, 3rd or 1st jan.. its a race to see who is lucky enough to sign with esi first... i am relaxed, even if i'd like some warmer weather
