I've no idea about the time frame you are wondering about but I see some entity has just purchased 312,000,000 shares at 3.4 c a share.
That's a substantial tranche methinks.
Someone with quite a bit of money has obviously taken quite a positive view on the company's future - perhaps they have a better idea than you or I.
