    Why cap? Well to spook/panic people into selling their shares - in this case - at give away prices. The manipulator here obviously likes the prospects of TZN and wants to buy. If the spook had put in an order for the 500k-1m shares that s/he got the SP would have risen dramatically - to about half way to where it should be!

    As for me, I still don't understand the raw intelligence of doing it on July the first - more learning to do.
