The Eagle is a no go either...she's currently on site in Australia waiting to start drilling 2 holes for BHPP.

I actually thought the Falcon may have been available for a short window between ex shipyard Singapore in May, but she's going straight back to Oz for Apache.

Cara, the problem with these deepwater semi's (to 5000 ft WD) is that although they may be able to handle Cinco (4,691 ft), they cannot handle Hawkeye (5,545 ft), and we don't know BHPP's other commitments in the Pines at that time...eg, are they also going to drill in SC59, and at what WD?

Then there's their commitments with it back in Malaysia with partner Petronas...can it handle that?
All of that is why they'll be looking for an UDW rig...they wouldn't have hired one in the first place if it wasn't needed..by and large the dayrates dictate that.
