The facts and figures speak for themselves, anything else is speculation. I judge a tree by it's fruit nothing else.
The contract between Transocean and BHP was terminated at the end of last year and it would seem not all affected parties may have been informed.
However, that does not negate the fact, that some were aware and could have used this information to their advantage.
What would the price of Otto shares be today if the cancellation of the contract was still unknown to the markets??
And how many people have lost money now that the market is informed??
These are the people I feel sorry for, and I hope they are rewarded 10 fold and more in latter drilling results that reflect positively in the share price.
