Bhp have signed a CONTRACT to drill

In reference to the above, BHP are now operator of sc55 and will do as they see fit.
It Would seem DW expedition has substandard blow out preventers and will be out of action by some reports until end of March or possibly latter.
If a suitable rig cannot be secured in the existing time frame how is Sc55 going to be drilled??
I would prefer to see sc55 drilled with as much care and expertise as possible and rushing this prospect would not be prudent in my view.
However BHP are very resource full and hopefully plans will continue in the allotted time frame.
