BHP still have to finish drilling Jujur 1 in Malaysia, and by the reports from the refit on Deepwater Expedition it is receiving more than just Blowout preventers upgrade. As they say time will tell, and then everyone will know why the new contract is being kept under wraps. IMO DYOR
