Also to be considered is that this rig was supposed to be re drilling Jujur 1 for BHP off Malaysia, and was pulled for repairs.
On Completion of repairs, ("The UDW drillship, which was under contract through January 2014 at a dayrate of $641k, was in the shipyard for BOP inspection and repair for 55 days in 3Q11, all of 4Q11, and is now expected to be in the yard all of 1Q12") it may have to go back there first and complete it's obligations before moving on to SC55.
Perhaps this is why the share price is Languishing and not really moving- especially with the uncertanity of the EU situation. Could be a loooong wait, but I hope not.
