Grizzle1: "unlikely to be NAMIBIA". Unlikely but for sure not impossible. After all, HRT's first two drills did prove up that oil will likely be found sooner or later in the Walvis Basin, where PCL's grounds are.
IF PCL's sp appreciation is KENYA related, FAR would have gone up equally - at least IMHO. Of course, I could easily be wrong.
