The other question is why? Leaving aside the issue price, the total is for $35,000.

Is it a monthly facility fee?

If so, I'd rather see them pay the fee out of their dwindling cash reserves.

But the discount is shocking, appalling, almost embarrassing.

One can only assume there are plenty of other terms of the deal that KP chose not to disclose to we poor shareholders - hardly a big confidence winner!
