The funding contract clearly states "18.5% discount to prevailing market prices" NOT 50%
I dont care how sparsly they want to use the facilty, the contract clearly states 18.5%.This latest issue gives Deer Valley should they choose,a profit in selling into .002.What do you think this latest issue will do for our SP.(*^%%#%^
After all we are the owners of the company here as shareholders.
