    I think your pessimistic side is also realistic. I don't have confidence that CNP's Super LLC hole will be filled by the sale.

    Our best hope is for CNP to be recapped and survive - owing CER for the Super LLC bail out at sale time. The Super LLC interest CER gave up will take a long time to get back from CNP, but eventually.....
