    Orbis still has a significant holding 9.9%.... like us,they will be relucant to sign-off on anything that trashes their investment.

    Furthermore, we do not know if the mystery buyer was Blackstone or the hedge funds or both?????

    Orbis had to sell part of their holding in order to make a deal possible IMO
