I can see no reason whatsover that the SP wont hold around the present level and increase towards NTA. I can see no reason whatsover that there should not be a dividend this year. That should improve confidence and mean more increases in the SP.

Asset values are still way below replacement value so more increases should be made in the NTA.

Without CER having to carry CNP, as it certainly has done in the past, CER should show better results as time goes by.

50c is still reasonable within months in my opinion. I will be accumulating from here on.

Gooru, I accept your post as not a downramp post in itself. My suggestion is that downrampers will use this type of information for that purpose.
