CER should totally reject any and all 'amalgamation" overtures with CNP until the 2 class action results are known.... and paid for.
When one 'amalgamates' liabilities, and contingent liabilities come on board as well as assets. Try and remember that the banks have made a point of getting out before the class actions are resolved.
