"CER should totally reject any and all 'amalgamation" overtures with CNP until the 2 class action results are known...."
I don't see any "amalgamation". What I see is debtors accepting CER holdings from CNP as payment for their debts. I can't see how CER inherits CNP's problems and responsibilities. I see hedge funds replacing CNP as the dominating shareholder.
