I never said the amalgamation had already happened - its what CNP want to do down the line.

We should make it clear to CER directors to forget any such thing until after the class actions are resolved NOW so they dont even think about proceeding in that direction in the meantime.

It is not in CER shareholders interests to amalgamate while huge potential liabilities remain within CNP. It is definately in the interets of CNP to amalgamate of course.
