But back to my argument, these REITs have such nil credibility anymore. What about Mirvac two weeks ago assuring folks they knew no reason for the dive to 62 cents, then 'voila' 75% cut in distributions. The charts really are the only thing you can trust in this situation, they cut through, express the reality better than a million opaque words.
