I always thought that is why ASIC was set up to prevent, what's the point have having them. I think we should scrap ASIC and deal with these scam artists the old way, always worked well for me, had to stop, the wife and the judge said that was no way to behave, but I'm starting to think the Judge was wrong. If ASIC does no deal with these crook, somebody has too.
