I'm going to play the devil's avocate here.
Australia has a law that protect protestors, therefore companies cannot sue protestors on the basis of defamation. You'll need to have hard evidences that you have a loss of revenue or some sort.
SMSL is going to play the "david vs goliath" card, and they'll get railed up and call to arms. Its just terrible PR for Lynas.
