Hi Ground Zero I have lost a lot of money PUNTING the Speckies Naming the Director is what appears to leave you Open To Slander. I would like to know what the original posting was but realise that that can not be reposted . When a director stuffs up most companies have an insurance policy protecting them. Much like Accountants Lawyers Accountants etc. If and when you take them on ( Been there done that ) they will throw the best legal eagles at you and request that you come up with funds to cover costs in case you lose. Of course you have to Give In . Having less than 10 employees also works in favour of these Speccie Companies Directors . I spent a lot of time in the Federal Court ( Opes Prime ANZ Bank ) and saw how it all works and Shareholders Shafted by the Courts. DYOR before buying Any Spec Stock Cheers Towie
