For many it is not easy to do the research that some of us are able to. In many cases it takes much time to research companies and the people associated with them. The top 20 in many cases does not tell the full story but when you get down to the top 100 you quite often get the true picture.(Perhaps something HC, ASX and ASIC could look at including into their systems).

For posters stating the truth on HC can quite often turn into life suspensions or supension for 7 days etc, etc. Mods are doing their job in protecting us, but it takes away the chance of warning others under the present system that we have.

Unfortunately for us all there are some company directors and their associates that continue to rip shareholders off from one company to another. There are some that legally can't be company directors but alas run companies via asssociates. Even over the last week on some stocks there has been some over the top ramping taking SP up to over 100% increase only to drop back to previous levels.

A fund to protect HC members from litigation (genuine cases), puts it back on companies and their associates to think before they try and get posters moderated and threaten defamation litigation.
