1. Incorporate overseas.
2. Put the hotcopper forum on a overseas server.
3. Receive payment in overseas $ in overseas denominated bank account.
4. Insist on a gmail or hotmail email account. Or drop this requirement altogether.

Hotcopper can place itself beyond Australia's defamtion laws and/or make it very difficult for Australian companies to touch hotcopper. Rupert Murdoch has incorporated in Delaware.
