Multiple forum mess - WADC, WASC, Federal Court, FCCWA, Magistrate's Court, Full Bench of Supreme Court of Appeals WA, multiple tribunals, applications to the High Court, AFP, ASIC, WA police fraud squad,convictions for assault, violence restraining orders, etc etc. Decisions soon - but bear in mind the legal sense of time is warped, and priced per minute. Truth will prevail. Justice costs a lot of money. The cost is not commensurate with the offence. Principle, on the other hand, is priceless.
