It is rather unfair when one shoddy director gets a mob after him and another shoddy director is praised for his ability just due to the blind luck of penny dreadfuls.
People need to learn that most tiny companies on the stock market are likely run by crooks. Most of those banned stocks had half of HC obsessed over them for no other reason than half of HC was obsessed over them.
People need to take responsibility for their own actions. Directors should not be able to defend themselves if they want easy money exploiting the ignorant on the market. But people shouldn't just blame the directors...they hardly do anything anyway...
The system seems broken when a 68 yr old retired nurse can lose 50,000 on the stock market.
