My thanks again to those of you who have encouraged my efforts against dishonest CTO directors. Some of your posts deserve more detailed answers than I can post here while Hot Copper threatens immediate suspension for posting even "potentially" defamatory material.

Some of you have contacted me directly asking for more information and wanting to contribute information and ideas to end the omissions and disinformation that CTO gets ASX to publish so that trusting new investors like LionGold, are misled like we have been. The good news is that Mark Lynch has not yet taken me to court. This is evidence that his threat is just that.

A first step to ending the JORC fraud is to inform more CTO investors and some of us are better-placed than others to do this. My own efforts have been to get our story into the media, using contacts I know or have approached in Townsville and Brisbane.

Any of you with media contacts, please talk to them and encourage them to visit this site and/or to contact me directly. Of course you are all welcome, and can also encourage other CTO investors, to contact me directly.

For those of you who wonder why I still hold CTO shares, the answer is that my rights as a shareholder are worth the risk that they are worthless. That's because they are so few and worth barely $1000 on ASX. Any of you planning to sell, please consider retaining a small parcel, particularly if you may be able to attend the 2012 AGM.
