I'm not a lawyer but my understanding is that corporations can't sue for defamation unless they have less than 10 employees. Even then there are defenses for "fair comment" and of course truthfulness (if this can be proven). I'm can't confirm if criticizing individuals (directors, management etc) is covered but guess that it would be if you were criticizing their role in the company.
Unfortunately the small business exclusion means you aren't protected against some dodgy exploration racket that may be operating with no staff but a shared secretary. They are often the worst offenders, some of them outright financial scams.
