    a matter of opinion is not defamatory
    a statement in the public interest ie share holders interests is not defamatory
    at risk members should post 'in my opinion etc' and 'DYOR' which suggests it is a matter of opinion
    a question is normally not subject to defamation eg 'is Cottee selling out shareholders?' merely asks the question.
