Default Notice

Received today stating in part:

"Default Notice On 23rd October 2018, BNY Trust Company, as note trustee of the AUD30m 7.50% notes (Series II Notes) and of the AUD50m 3mBBSW+6.50% notes (Subordinated Notes, and together with the Series II Notes, the FIIG Notes) issued by Axsesstoday Ltd (AXL, the Company), circulated a notice to noteholders to notify of an event of default having occurred under the terms and conditions of the FIIG Notes. As part of this notice, the trustee is convening a meeting in late November in which it would seek instructions from noteholders regarding the proposed course of action".
