footlock, I think odds favour success at these prices for those with longer term view. Quite possible EXR share price could be multiples of where it is now by end 2009. I expect oil price to be trending well above current levels in 6 months or so. I have good holding of EXR already but also willing to top up when other funds freed up (Hoping to be able to take profit on NXS next month or so). Happy to hold pending news on North Sea drilling.
