Many, many years ago (before BigRedRoo appeared) a US Govt think tank named MST tech amongst about ? dozen tech?s named that should not be allowed to proliferate, an instrument now used to police this is US State Department, under its International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) as in late CEO bulletin and as applied to PNG/MAUL contract, presumably being an international authority it would also apply to all MST tech product anywhere, anytime.
Now after saying that there has been a lot of work done recently by cross Govt agencies (US/OZ) to stream line red tape and legislation to enhance trade for defence contractors products/services.......so there is a little hope yet........but time is still our enemy especially financial so when the tech is marketed it would be I think at a trickle and to a very controlled user list (read small contracts).......... I doubt there will be any large breakout of SP soon, nothing blue sky so to speak, should the Co be successful in the long term it is still going to be some years before value is returned to shareholders, OK for investors, traders will no doubt take advantage of contract announcements each time they appear, that?s OK too, so I doubt any rapid roll out of the tech will happen any time soon......success will probably be, but not at the rate many here would like.
    Them?s my thoughts.
    Cheers,
    mrdog.
