Thanks Jak444, I wasn't aware of the exact timeframes for carpets etc.
Another thing to note DHA houses have to meet up to minimum requiremnts such as 2 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms and double garages etc. I also hear that they dont budge on the selling price if the owners are selling during the lease period ?
