Hey all , Just wondering iff buying a DHA house means u don't have to pay stampduty on the original purchase ?

I have seen the odd police station or other Govt thing sold which was stamp duty exempt but unsure of DHA .

Depending on purchase price obviously s/d is a huge cost these days where as 10-15 years ago when I played a little in property it was trivial or it was to me but then again houses were 1/4 of the cost .
