I checked out properties in Wagga as investment because of teh unis, defence forces etc etc and the rentals in waffa private housing are great as the defence force subsidises the soldiers rent in private housing as most dont want to live on base or near base in force housing. I would not touch force housing as the gains in a boom arent the same as private housing---------anyway the bubble is about to burst so its irrelevant.
